If you experience a technical problem with your download — such as a corrupted file, a broken link, or not receiving your file at all — contact us at wellpreparedguides@gmail.com and we will resolve it or provide a replacement download at no cost.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will look into it.
